바람직한 존중의 실천방안 고찰
세상이 변화하는 속도에 비례해서 인성의 의미도 빠르게 퇴색해져 가고 있다. 인간은 사회적 동물이기에 관계 속에서의 상호 영향이 삶에 미치는 바가 실로 크 다. 본 논문은 생활 속에서의 존중의 모습을 통해 앞으로 추구해야 할 바람직한 존 중의 실천 방안을 고찰하였다. 존중의 가치를 중요하게 생각하는 이유는 존중 윤 리가 동서양을 막론하고 도덕적 가치가 표준이 되었기 때문이다. 존중은 정서적으 로 규범적으로 우리가 살아가는데 많은 역할을 하고 있으며, 다양한 영역에서의 판단 기준을 제시한다. 그러므로 존중에 대한 의미의 되새김과 이를 위한 실천방 안이 뒤따라야 한다. 본 연구에서는 존중의 실천방안으로 ‘여유 있는 생각 갖기, 상대방을 이해하기, 칭찬하기, 상처 주는 말을 하지 않기’를 제시하였다. 또한 존중은 일방적인 것이 절대 아니며 상호 소통하는 관계 속에서 자라는 것을 강조하였고, 타인 뿐 아니라 자신에 대한 존중도 매우 중요함을 확인하였다. 이러한 논의를 통해 존중은 도덕 적 가치로써 매우 중요한 위치에 있음을 알 수 있다.
Consideration of the Practice of Desirable Respect
The meaning of humanism is rapidly fading in proportion to the speed with which the world is changing. Because human being is a social animal, the mutual influence in relation to life is very big. This paper examines the practice of respect for the future to be pursued through the image of respect in life. The value of respect is important because honorific ethics has become a standard for morality, both east and west. Respect plays an important role in our emotional and normative life, and it provides judgment criteria in various areas. Therefore, emphasis should be placed on the meaning of respect and action plans should follow. In this study, we suggested 'to have a sense of relaxation, to understand the other person, to praise it, not to say hurtful words' as a practice of respect. Respect also emphasizes growing in a mutually communicative relationship, and it has been confirmed that respect for oneself as well as others is very important. Through these discussions, we can see that respect is very important as moral value.
